Depending on availability, the smaller Energy Classroom is also available for use. For an additional fee, after hour events can make use of the whole building. Multipurpose Room Energy Classroom Multipurpose Room & Energy Classroom After hours event Number of Attendees * The room rental pricing is by hour and depends on how many people will be attending. 50 people - $100/hour 51-100 people - $150/hour 101+ people - $200/hour If over 100 people will be attending with catering, we recommend looking into party equipment rentals (chairs, tables, tents, etc). Requested Date - Option 1 * Please be aware that parking fees still apply to room rental guests. Parking fees are in effect from: April 6 - May 26 $8 per car on weekends only, 8am - 4pm May 27 - August 11 $10 per car on weekdays (8am - 4pm) and weekends and holidays (6am - 6pm) August 12 - September 2 $10 per car on weekdays (8am - 4pm) and weekends and holidays (7am - 6pm) September 3 - September 8 $10 per car on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (8am - 4pm) September 9 - September 15 $8 per car on weekends and holidays only (8am - 4pm) September 16 - November 3 $8 per car on weekends and holidays (8am - 3pm) Seniors (62+) Parking on weekdays (Monday through Friday) is free throughout the year, but fees apply on weekends and holidays. If your room rental is taking place outside of these hours, we can have staff work overtime to assist with the event. However, there is an additional staffing fee for this which will be billed to you after the event and must be paid with check. If alcohol is going to be served during your event, you will need an alcohol permit. Alcohol permits are distributed by the Permits Department at Long Island State Parks Headquarters in Babylon, NY. We can provide an application, but payment and the application must be submitted to Babylon.
